Our annual Standing Stone Winter Beer Dinner is just around the corner, Thursday, January 9th 2014 at 6:30pm. This six-course, beer and food pairing extravaganza is our biggest dining event of the year, and seating is limited to 80 hungry and thirsty guests.
Here’s the tasty line-up for this year’s festive event:
1st Course: Lager with Kimchi & Clam Stew, Pork Belly & Crazy Ramen
2nd Course: I Heart Oregon Ale with Bulls Blood Beets, Siberian Dwarf Kale & White Vienna Kohlrabi Salad with Oregon Shrimp & “Spring in Winter” Vinaigrette
3rd Course: Amber Ale with Freedom Ranger Chicken, Chocolate Stout Mole, Peruanos & Pepinos
4th Course: Steelcut Stout with Coffee Crusted Filet Mignon, Asparagus, Dungeness, Charbroiled Flat Noodle & Habanero Béarnaise
6th Course: Noble Stout with Masala Chai Flan & Cacao Nibs
Tickets to the dinner are $60 per person and reservations are a must! Be sure to call soon, as this event sells out every year.
